1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a777 bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website located at https://a777-bd.net, including all sub-pages, products, services, promotions, and any other content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you represent that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age of majority that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility — not the Platform's — to verify this before registering.
• Personal Capacity: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any court or regulatory order that prohibits or restricts your participation in gambling activities.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by a777 bd, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the Platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on a777 bd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details confidential and secure. a777 bd will never request your password through any communication channel. • Account Sharing: Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• No Corporate or Business Accounts: Accounts may only be registered and operated by natural persons (individuals). Corporate entities, syndicates, or groups may not register as Players.

a777 bd reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC checks within the timeframe specified by the Platform may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on a777 bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are subject to a minimum amount as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• a777 bd does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Platform accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours during operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next operational day.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review by the Platform's compliance team. During review, the Platform may request supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of outstanding KYC or AML checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

a777 bd offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players in Bangladesh who have completed account registration and verified their identity.
• Welcome Bonus: New Players may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The exact bonus amount, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings are stated in full on the promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within the stated expiry period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus and any associated winnings.

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash except through completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and other occasions — are governed by their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply in addition to any event-specific conditions.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on a777 bd, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

• Introducing any virus, malware, trojan, or other harmful code to the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events featured on the Platform.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel.

a777 bd employs automated fraud detection systems and manual compliance review processes. Any account found to be in violation of these obligations will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

a777 bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC or AML verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the Player or a third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or lawful demand from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of pending withdrawals and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of no login activity. a777 bd may deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances in accordance with rates published on the Platform at the relevant time. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a777 bd, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, including technical failures, maintenance periods, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or results caused by technical faults beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves risk; past winnings do not guarantee future results.
• Any reliance placed on content, information, or advice published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The Platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and a777 bd with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
